Question: How long have you been in business?
Catnip n Biscuits opened May 1, 2010. Cathi Denham had been in the pet care business for 11 years and her pet sitting business evolved into this one.

Question: What is your primary product or service?
Our primary service is the doggie day care. We offer upscale boarding and standard boarding. We have an awesome cat room for boarding your felines.

Question: Are techs and owners certified in pet first aid/CPR?
All techs have completed the Pet Tech Pet Saver course and training. This is the best program to insure that you have an awesome knowledge of what to do for pets in emergency situations and how to recognize when a pet is ill and needs veterinary attention. Question: How did you first become interested in your line of business?  What is your background?
Cathi has owned At Home Pet Sitters since 2000 and when she saw a need for a facility of this kind in Savannah, she decided to open one herself. Cathi has earned second level certification of Advance Pet Care Technician through Pet Care Services Association and she is a Certified Pet Care Provider through Pet Sitters International.

Question: How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have extended open hours. We are very strict on our requirements. We do not allow just any dog to come through our doors. They are all evaluated for the temperament we are looking for. Our main focus is on the safety and happiness of our pack and we do not allow anything to interfere with this.

Question: How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location but may open more in the future. Our current facility is 6000 sq feet and we will add on when the time comes.

Question: Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located at Skidaway and Victory. The driveway between Taco Bell and Sisters of the New South is ours. If you come down Victory from Abercorn, turn left on Skidaway and left after Taco Bell.

Question: What type of payments do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Checks, Cash, Discover and debit card.

Question: Which areas do you service?
We provide service to anyone who is willing to bring their dogs to us. They must pass our requirements

Question: Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Catnip n Biscuits is owned by Cathi Denham and she is in the office every day. On weekends, Cathi is never more than a phone call away for the office staff.

Question: What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 6:00am to 8:30pm
Dogs coming into day care must be here by 8:00am to be admitted to the pack.
Tours: 6:00am to 11:30am and 2:30pm to 8:00pm.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00am to 7:00pm.
Saturday and SundayTours: 10:00am to 11:30am and 2:30pm to 7:00pm.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PICKUPS OR DROP OFFS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11:30AM AND 2:30PM.
